The delivery charge will be added to your order at the point of payment, you will be given the option to choose from our standard 14 day (working day) service, or an express 48 hour service.

If you are ordering from Schuco stocks & it is German stocked item this could be 7-8 days on express option please check with staff at sales@completealu.com for accurate lead times before ordering.  

If ordering from Sobinco products, delievery times may extend past the Standard / Express times displayed when ordering due to stocks coming in from overseas. Please check with staff at sales@completealu.com for a accurate lead time. 

Prices are excluding VAT.

At this time Complete Aluminium Spares LTD website is only enabled to deliver to mainland England, Wales and Scotland. Delivery outside of the UK is available, please email sales@completealu.com

Any orders placed after 15.00 may not be processed until the following working day.

Whilst we endeavor to keep access to stock of many items on this website, we do occasionally run out. When this happens you will be contacted by one of our team and given the option to wait for the item to come back into stock, accept an alternative, remove the item from your order, or cancel the order completely.

If your goods are received damaged then you must report this to us within 48 hours of receipt. In the unlikely instance of this being the case please contact us on sales@completealu.com to discuss options.
