Refund policy

  1. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within fourteen days of the delivery date with your receipt, providing it is unopened. However, a restocking fee will be charged (a minimum of 25%.) Your shipping will not be refunded. Any special orders will not be returnable. 

  2. Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Please contact the staff if you are at all unsure of your technical requirements. 

  3. Returns will only be accepted if the original packaging is fully intact and is in a re-sellable condition. We cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products have been fitted. In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo to sales@completealu.com

  4. Claims for damage, non-functionality, and mis-shipping must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

  5. You are responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of the returned item.

  6. Reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  7. These Terms and Conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.

  8. No returns will be accepted after the 14 day period, unless agreed by CAS 



To start a return, you can contact us at sales@completealu.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
